The report published by Italy’s Ministry of Culture on 1 September 2026 records more than 56,000 visitors in total during August’s evening openings at the Colosseum and Pantheon. This is the combined figure for the two monuments over the month-long trial. [1]

In Milan, evening admissions to the participating rooms at Sforza Castle exceeded 4,000. The trial, promoted by the culture and tourism ministries together with Milan’s municipality, extended opening hours from 1 to 31 August. [1]
