Parma inaugurated the new home of its Alice Library in the Pablo neighbourhood on 27 October, as confirmed by ParmaDaily’s report. The municipal libraries website gives the address as 8 Stradello Iela Mari, in Parco Golese. The move follows more than fourteen years at the greenhouses in Parco Ducale. [2][1]

The library retains its focus on children and families while welcoming readers of different ages. The report describes spaces for young children, a central reading and study area and a room for workshops. The green spaces around the building also offer opportunities for outdoor activities. [2]

The opening is accompanied by La Biblioteca delle Meraviglie: è Alice, an illustrated-book programme scheduled from October 2026 to March 2027. The 27 October calendar included a free, bookable art and writing workshop with Cultural-mente. The sources document an inauguration and a programme, not a measured increase in readership. [1][3]
